Not only are there a wide range of baking chocolates, gelling agents, emulsifiers and paste for macaroons, but there is also a wide range of savory: mustards, pates, pickled produce. If you want confectionary fruit for decoration, they have it too!

If you can’t find it at G. Detou, go to Mora. If you are into sugarcraft, decoration for parties, this place is the right place to go. Just make sure you have enough room in your luggage to bring it home!
